Why I Created Inspired Apothecary: Clean Skincare Backed by 30 Years of Pharmacy Experience

That was the quiet voice in my head after spending over 30 years behind the pharmacy counter. It eventually became my mission—to bring pharmacist-formulated, naturally effective products to people who deserve better: athletes, moms, and families seeking results without harmful ingredients.
💊 From Prescriptions to Purpose
Every day, I watched people walk out of the pharmacy with prescriptions or OTC creams full of ingredients I wouldn’t feel safe putting on my sons. The wake-up call came when my brother—also a pharmacist and athlete—was diagnosed with cancer. He began cutting toxins, turning to clean eating and holistic approaches. I followed that path too, blending my pharmaceutical background with natural remedies backed by science.
🏀 My Sons Were My First Testers
I’m a proud mom of two basketball players: Stevie Mitchell, a Division I athlete at Marquette University, and Kyran Mitchell, who played at the Division III level. Both inspired this journey. They experienced acne from sweat, soreness from intense games, and dry skin from endless travel—and they needed more than quick fixes.
I created solutions they could trust. That’s how Inspired Apothecary was born.
