How To Use

Before Activity (Reset)
Apply a small amount and massage gently into the desired area to support circulation and help muscles feel ready for movement. Ideal before dance, sports, practices, or workouts. Use sparingly so skin feels comfortable, not slippery.

After Activity (Recovery)
Apply to clean, dry skin and massage into tired or overworked areas to support post-activity comfort.
