Inspired Apothecary's Over Did It Creme is a rich, arnica-based botanical creme for muscles and joints that have been asked to do a lot. Formulated with arnica — used in botanical preparations since the 1500s — along with an aromatic essential oil blend, emu oil and castor oil in a nourishing base that absorbs without a heavy residue.

Clean clove, lavender, peppermint and camphor scent. A gym bag and nightstand staple.

How to Use:

Massage into the desired area as needed, 3 to 4 times daily.

Available in 2 oz. and 4 oz. jars.

Ingredients:

Water, Glyceryl Stearate, Isopropyl Myristate, Caprylic/Capric Triglycerides, Stearic Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Ceteareth 20, Shea Butter, Beeswax, Emu Oil, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Proprietary Blend of Essential Oils and Optiphen Plus.
