How To Use

Before Activity Apply 10 minutes before training and massage in for 30–60 seconds. The warming sensation feels good going into a session.

After Activity Roll directly onto hardworking muscles and stiff areas. Massage in for 30–60 seconds. Use up to 4 times daily. Always wash hands after application.

Warnings

Directions: Apply a thin layer to the desired area up to 4 times daily. Massage in gently. Wash hands after use. Patch test recommended before first full use.
